How On-Job Training works at Codefrux


In recent times, the On-Job Training program has grown to attract the freshmen and others who have a lag in their education and employment opportunities. Grounded on what we observed in the market currently, with the recession and problems of cost cutting, the companies have limited their in-take of resources to a considerate level. In addition, they prefer the contact employees rather than full-time hiring these days due to the same aforementioned issues. Therefore, this On-Job Training (OJT) is a process of engaging those freshmen and other job seekers to the work place environment where they train them, guide them, mentor them, and eventually evaluate their potential to be existent part of the organization or part ways otherwise.
Our Codefrux has that established with our trainers and candidates. This On-Job Training programs is one of the robust programs that we have launched in the past. This program ensures the candidates that they are transformed into an integral part of any organization in the IT industry. Moreover, since we are into IT industry (IT services) we are quite aware of what is going on in the industry better. It’s not getting any easier to get a job as it was before. So, people are trying different ways to get in to the industry, of which most don’t work.
We at Codefrux are providing the candidates that exquisite opportunity for a career in IT, for which, they will be benefited once they complete this On-Job Training program. Here, we do have a well-equipped work place, where they can see themselves working in a corporate environment. Hence, the training we provide is suitable for the candidate to fit aptly in any corporate organisation. This kind of Corporate Style training is a unique speciality of ours that a very few in the industry do provide for their trainees.
Moreover, the Trainers we have are skilled and remarkably well experienced, who are more than capable of coaching, guiding and mentoring the candidates during this On-Job Training program. Provided, this training is more of a hands-on task rather than classroom training, so that the candidates will learn while working on a real time live project. Initially, they will assist our developers during the process and later shall be assigned to their individual projects.
The important features of the training program involves,
  • The candidates will have to take an aptitude test.
  • Once gets through that, then they shall join the On-Job Training Program.
  • The candidates must attend the initial training of 2 month.
  • And the candidate shall work for the probationary period of 6 month (inclusive of the Training Period)
  • Also, they will have to work 40 hours a week(8 hours a day, 5 days a week), which is a must.
  • They will be working on the live individual project during the probationary period.
  • Assessments and Feedback(s) are handed out at the end of the probationary period of the training program.
  • Based on the feedback, either there shall extension of job or there shall be enhanced job opportunities in other companies or released after the program.
The candidates will be aided with appropriate stipends in their training period.
