This On-Job-Training program is a lately featured program in many companies and organizations, where the candidates have the opportunity of exposure to a real-time work environment. • And the candidate shall work for the probationary period of 6 month (inclusive of the Training Period)
• Also, they will have to work 40 hours a week(8 hours a day, 5 days a week), which is a must.
• They will be working on the live individual project during the probationary period.
• Assessments and Feedback(s) are handed out at the end of the probationary period of the training program.
• Based on the feedback, either there shall extension of job or there shall be enhanced job opportunities in other companies or released after the program.
